Initially, you proceed through the woods with a flat course. Leaving the forest behind, we cross the screes of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.comelicotrekking.com\/?p=6748&amp;lang=en\" title=\"Mount San Daniele\">Mount San Daniele<\/a> on a recently arranged mule track. Proceed slightly uphill towards the north until you arrive at the end of Mount S. Daniele, from where you have a wonderful view of the Val Visdende, with the Rinaldo-Ferro Group nearby on the right and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.comelicotrekking.com\/?p=9628&amp;lang=en\" title=\"Mount Peralba\">Mount Peralba<\/a> in the distance. Now the climb becomes more concrete, always on the side of M. San Daniele, you rise for 150m at the entrance to Val Vissada through a steep natural gully between <a href=\"https:\/\/www.comelicotrekking.com\/?p=6752&amp;lang=en\" title=\"Mount Schiaron\">M. Schiaron<\/a> and M. San Daniele on coarse gravel terrain; from here you can also admire a characteristic <a href=\"https:\/\/www.comelicotrekking.com\/?page_id=15048\" title=\"Cascatella Val Vissada\">waterfall<\/a> of the Rio di Vissada called &#8216;Pisandui&#8217;. Once we reach the gate that separates the valley we have reached about 1727 m a.s.l. and from this summit of the Val Vissada we begin to glimpse the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.comelicotrekking.com\/?p=6744&amp;lang=en\" title=\"Le Crode dei Longerin\">C.de d. Longerin<\/a> at the top left.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile is-image-fill-element is-resized\" style=\"grid-template-columns:auto 35%\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>.cstm <\/strong>The alternative way to the climb to Mount San Daniele, begins crossing Vissada&#8217;s Rio after having traveled about 200m of climb, from the entrance of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.comelicotrekking.com\/?page_id=15009\" title=\"Val Vissada\">Val Vissada<\/a>. We leave the main path by turning to the left. After passing the firsts Mountains Pine on the path, we go up, taking the widest gully to our left. From here the slope begins to be felt. The first 300m is traveled, the gully narrows and becomes very steep, here, <strong>the street can be dangerous<\/strong>, in case of rain and especially downhill. The track is non-existent and, in the steep point there are no classic stages produced when the path is well frequented. After passing this narrow, a few meters, we always proceed in the crossing to the way to come out of the gully, in the meadows, at the share of 2000 m a.s.l. The difficulty of the excursion is EE as a <strong>steep<\/strong> grassy stretch is present along the climb <strong>without valid holds<\/strong> that can be slippery in case of rain. The Mini Ring Itinerary can be faced easily starting from the CAI-169 path at the share of 1600 m asl before starting the climb leading to Val Vissada. Or, on the opposite side, along the road that leads to Monte Zovo with CAI-154 signpost. Turn right, about 200m after the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.comelicotrekking.com\/?page_id=15084\" title=\"Forcella Zovo Refouge\">Forcella Zovo refuge<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>The route includes a visit to what remains of a pitch for mortars and winds along military walkways even in cave.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-content-justification-center is-nowrap is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-d05cb3ef wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile is-image-fill-element\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>.the Beautiful View<\/strong> <em>At the crossroads of the CAI-169 path, you climb a few meters and then horizontally proceed south to meet a fence and a bench. At the top we meet the ruins of a construction, in a very sunny clearing. We are in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.comelicotrekking.com\/?page_id=15112\" title=\"Bombard Pitch\">bombard pitch<\/a> where during the First World War the soldiers had installed bombing stations with mortars.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>The path continues crossing a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.comelicotrekking.com\/?page_id=15096\" title=\"Monte San Daniele Tunnel\">tunnel<\/a> that comes out on the other side of the mountain with a wonderful view from the top of the woods; From here we continue mainly at altitude for rocks and gravels until you return to the woods. The way is equipped with metal ropes for the less experienced. The path continues by entering the woods until it comes to the vicinity from the F.la Zovo refuge along the road that leads to Monte Zovo.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-not-stacked-on-mobile is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8f761849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:70px\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"64\" height=\"64\" src=\"https:\/\/www.comelicotrekking.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/liquid_verde.png\" alt=\"Acqua Abbondante\" class=\"wp-image-558\" style=\"object-fit:cover;width:50px;height:50px\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:100%\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>.water<\/strong> The track guarantees a good supply of water, especially the first part of the climb in Val Vissada and up to F.la Longerin. The second part, on the other hand, does not present any source of water which must therefore be taken first.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-not-stacked-on-mobile is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8f761849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:70px\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"64\" height=\"64\" src=\"https:\/\/www.comelicotrekking.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/cyclist_rosso.png\" alt=\"Bicicletta No\" class=\"wp-image-548\" style=\"object-fit:cover;width:50px;height:50px\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:100%\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>.bike<\/strong> The climb to Val Vissada can also be undertaken by bicycle, although it is a stony and steep route, as the cycles can pass because the road is generally wide. However, only up to F. Longerin, because the ascent to the summit cannot be undertaken by bicycle.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-not-stacked-on-mobile is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8f761849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:70px\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"64\" height=\"64\" src=\"https:\/\/www.comelicotrekking.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/dog_verde.png\" alt=\"Cane Portabile\" class=\"wp-image-552\" style=\"object-fit:cover;width:50px;height:50px\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:100%\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>.dog<\/strong> The whole excursion can be accompanied by a dog or more, as long as the animal is used to the altitude and knows how to behave on high mountain paths in the presence of rolling stones. Alternatively, you must proceed with a leash.
